I have cached partial download
For Internet Explorer users:
1. Select 'Tools' from the top menu.
2. Select 'Internet options' from the 'tools' menu.
3. Click the 'delete files' button that is in the middle of the panel.

I have received a connection loss message
It means that during the streaming, the connection to the server was lost. Clicking the 'OK' button will reload the presentation.
